Warzone has today began Season 1 and in the process has drastically overhauled just about everything in the battle royale shooter.

With the Warzone and Black Ops 6 Season 1 update launching nearly three hours early, here's what you need to know about the patch, including its file size and all of the new maps, modes and weapons.

Call of Duty's Season 1 update is now live in Warzone, bringing Black Ops 6 's full integration, including omnimovement, the game's full weapon pool, a classic Prestige system, and additional features. The update also quietly removes one of Call of Duty's most annoying weapons.

And mid season there will be a third map added, Citadelle Des Morts, along with a new perk, field upgrade and more. Season 1 for Black Ops 6 lasts for 75 days, concluding at the end of January.
