U.S. and European countries are pushing Kyiv to formulate a credible plan for what it can achieve in the next year of the war, officials say.

Kyiv has long urged the U.S. to allow it to strike targets deep within Russian territory using long-range weaponry.

A 46-year-old woman was killed in the attack, which damaged apartment buildings in Ramenskoye, a town in the Moscow region, Andrey Vorobyov, the regional governor, said on the messaging app Telegram. Three people were hospitalized and more than 40 residents were evacuated from the burning buildings to temporary shelters, he said.
