When the Pro Bowl rosters were announced this past week, three D enver Broncos were named as starters, including cornerback Patrick Surtain II, outside linebacker Nik Bonitto, and returner Marvin Mims Jr. However, two of the Broncos' most deserving Pro Bowl candidates were snubbed, although they were tapped as alternates.

The NFL announced the Pro Bowl rosters before players pulled out, and alternates were named, and the Denver Broncos have three players making it. Cornerback Patrick Surtain II, outside linebacker Nik Bonitto, and returner Marvin Mims Jr. deserve to make it, but two other Broncos should be part of this list.

Paton took his Pro Bowlers in three consecutive drafts. Surtain was taken with the No. 9 overall pick in the first round of 2021. Perhaps more impressively, Paton nabbed Bonitto and Mims with the final selections of the second round in back-to-back drafts of 2022-23.
