Iran’s newly elected president says his government will create "balance in relations with all countries” in line with national interests and the prerequisites for peace but has stressed to the United States that his country “will not respond to pressure.

The United States should realise that Iran will not respond to pressure, President-elect Masoud Pezeshkian said in a statement published on Saturday, in which he also highlighted his country's friendship with China and Russia.

Not unexpectedly, Iran’s newly elected President Masoud Pezeshkian penned his “Message to the New World,” published in the Tehran Times on July 13, to shore up his nation’s alliances and denigrate the United States and Israel.
