A road work inspector who made it to safety just before the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed last March is planning to file a claim, according to an attorney.

The employer of the six workers who died in the Key Bridge collapse sued the Singaporean companies behind the massive Dali container ship.

The Department of Justice called the Francis Scott Key Bridge's collapse "entirely avoidable” in its 50-page complainy.
