Lots of interesting specimens of human abnormalities and diseases. Tastefully presented, not trying for sensationalism but for education. It is about a 1-2 hour experience. Full review by James R

Have been to the Mutter Museum at least 4 times but my husband had not. So it was his turn. We loved it and the changing exhibits (this time about Polio and the Iron Lung) was most informative. Me… Full review by sandyk8102018
Do I need to get tickets in advance for a weekday visit in September? Don't know if they limit the number of people.

I don’t believe so. We visited in peak vacation season over the Fourth of July holiday and were able to get in without a problem by just walking in. I don’t know if they have a daily limit or not.
Minimum of an hour and a half. A lot depends on your level of interest in the exhibits. Some people like to read everything, others might skim. I’d say most people stay a little over 2 hours.
