WEBI have the same issue on X-box Series X. Can't hear cross platform players in game chat. I've checked all there is to check. I also noticed that if I'm in game chat, I can't hear my "voice recorded" messages in my inbox. If I quit the Destiny 2 game, I can then hear the voice recorded messages again. Maybe someone can reproduce that as well.
